Matt took a portrait of the Kombucha Town crew for the The Bellingham Herald’s business section and shot a 30 second informational video about how kombucha is made.
Chris McCoy, owner of Kombucha Town,explains the process of creating the fermented beverage kombucha from tea. Kombucha Town opened on the sixth floor of The Herald Building in downtown Bellingham in December 2012 and sells bottles of its product in that spot and in area stores and restaurants.
