Polish Skimboarding Open Preview Video

Witnessing the Polish Skimboarding Open in person this year was rad. We are working on a special issue about the Polish Skimboarding Open with well over 100 photos and a longer video edit. A night in Amsterdam

The first part of the DB Skimboards European Adventure was in the Netherlands. We were picked up at the airport and then skimmed for a few hours. Later that night we went to Amsterdam. I walked the streets of Amsterdam trailing behind the skim team to try and get as many photos of Amsterdam as possible. I had just my Nikon D300s and a 50mm lens on me. I would love to go back with more time to focus on photos with a full bag of lenses and time to set my camera up on a tripod. That being said the Netherlands is a great place I would like to visit again.

DB Skimboards European Skimboarding Tour

What an amazing two weeks I just experienced. DB Skimboards paid for six of us to travel to Europe and meetup with three European skimboarders and then travel and skimboard through the Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, Denmark and Poland. We had a lot of great times some bad times when someone broke into our van and stole our passports and a few cameras. Luckily I kept my gear on me at all times. It was a true adventure. I am truly blessed to have traveled with such a great group of guys and to have experienced everything I did over the past two weeks. I have over 200 GB of photos and videos and look forward to editing all of it to show everyone the DB Skimboards European Adventure. Here are a few photos from the trip that I have posted on various skimboarding sites. I will have three mini magazines and probably about 5 videos from the trip overall. I have to thank DB Skimboards for such an amazing opportunity. All the photos and video are going to be released in the coming months in Flatland Magazine and SkimMagazine.com.
