In all honesty I was not planning on capturing photos of the Blue Moon since I new it was not going to be actually blue and I have plenty of photos of past super moon's already. But once the sun went down and I knew the moon was about to rise I could not help myself. Here's a few photos I captured of the Blue Moon rising over the foothills out side of Seattle, Washington.
